Cook and Chat: All About Salt

TIME: Wednesday, April 3rd, 5:00-7:00 PM
LOCATION: RISE, 58-03 Rockaway Beach Blvd (B59th St)

Learn all about spices and salt, how to cut back on salt without compromising flavor and how to prevent diet-related diseases. We'll be making Trinidadian callaloo (vegetarian spinach soup) and sweet plantains.

The class is free and open to all. Space is limited so please register in advance.

Meet Jadel
