Cook and Chat: Food Justice & Choosing Local

How does locally grown food promote a sustainable food system? What are the benefits of choosing locally grown food? What are "food miles" and why do they matter? For dinner, we'll be making a 100% locally-grown meal.

The class is free and open to all. Space is limited so please register in advance.
