"Rockaway Stories" Film Screening

LOCATION: MoMA PS1's VW Dome 2, Beach 94th Street & Shorefront Parkway, Rockaway Beach, New York.

Join us for the premiere screening of "Rockaway Stories", a short documentary film about the lessons learned from Superstorm Sandy through the eyes of students from RWA's Shore Corps program, a leadership intern program for Rockaway high school students.

Through personal stories and those of friends and familes, the film shines a light on the impact of the devastation on these students lives and discusses what the future holds. All are welcome to join us for the screening and to meet these talented young writers and filmmakers.
