Rockspot Bike Tour

TIME: Sunday, June 15, 2014, 11AM - 2PM
DEPARTURE LOCATION: Firehouse 59  / Beach 59th Street @ Rockaway Beach Blvd., Rockaway, New York

The Rockspot Bike Tour is an interactive tour that allows participants to explore select sites of environmental and historical significance along the Rockaway Peninsula.

This tour will depart from Firehouse 59 and head over to Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge where we will get a guided tour around east or west pond. This is a more advanced ride, not suggested for novice riders.

RWA has a select number of bikes that can be loaned for this tour. Bikes are available on a first come first serve basis. Advanced registration required. Special thanks to National Park Service for sponsoring this event. More info (powered by Commune)
