Our community health programs are all FREE to the public and include basic exercise classes, health/nutrition workshops and cooking/guest chef workshops.
Join us every Monday at 1:00 PM for Chair Yoga. Indy, an RWA staff member and 200 Hr-RYT, will lead a gentle sequence of poses to help you feel relaxed and refreshed. Each class is 45 minutes long and accessible to all levels. Please wear comfortable clothing. Stick around after class for tea.
Join us every Wednesday at 1:30PM for RISE and Exercise: Led by instructors from the YMCA, This class goes through basic stretches and exercises with a focus on promoting flexibility and strength training. Exercises are performed both seated and standing. All levels are welcome and all equipment will be provided. Each class is 45 minutes and FREE to the public.
