Join us for our exciting new exercise classes at RISE

RWA is working with various community groups and local professionals to offer exercise classes at RISE for local residents. Our classes include the following:

  • RISE and Exercise: Wednesdays at 1:30 PM. Led by instructors from the YMCA, this community class will run through basic stretches and exercises with a focus on promoting flexibility and strength training. Exercises are performed both seated and standing. All levels are welcome and all equipment will be provided. Each class will last for forty-five minutes. This class is FREE to the public.
