SUMMER Youth CIT Program Registration Form

The CIT Summer Leadership Program is a paid internship program for students, ages 16-22.
Students turning 16 by June 1st, 2016 are eligible to apply. Students with CPR and lifeguard certification are prioritized. 

CIT Interns are required to take part in an first aid and safety training and must be available to work from July 5th to August 4th, 2017. Interns and will receive stipended pay and community service hours for their participation.

Email is the primary means of communication throughout the program. Be sure you check the email address you provide to us frequently. For Shore Corps, Urban Planning and Environmentor, teens will be the point of contact for all program communication. Parent/Guardians will be copied upon request. If you do not have regular internet access, please let us know and we will work to accommodate you.
